Day four and counting....
I have worked out four days in a row. This would be the time for you to cheer and clap:) No, really, this is a huge step for me. I hate it! But in order to get rid of this middle flab of mine...I have to work on it. I need some positive comments. I need your support people on this quest to get a flat belly:) Let me know your secret. What do you do to keep (or get back to) your winning shape?

Girl I am still trying to figure it out. Try to do A LOT of crunches each day just lie on the floor and also ask Brian to show you how to do Rocky sit ups. That always gives my stomach a big workout each morning at pt. I say it is worth a try and if you stick to it you can do it in your own room. Holla at me if you try it. BE STRONG....ARMY RETIRED STRONG! LOL
Girl, I am totally down with the walking. We walk around the neighborhood, walk up to Hardees (not for a biscuit), and walk aroung the school track. Energy booster!
Okay. . . I meant "around" LOL
